At 28Fox, we strive to provide the best parenting course experience for our users. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refund eligibility for our digital parenting course.

All-Access Plan

28Fox offers an All-Access plan:

  • All-Access (₹999): One-time payment for 1 year access to all course videos and digital materials (printable flashcards, trainer tools)
  • Digital Only: No physical kit is included or shipped

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the All-Access plan. If you are not satisfied with the 28Fox parenting course within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must request the refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your purchase
  • The refund request must be due to technical issues preventing access to content or dissatisfaction with the digital materials

What Constitutes a Legitimate Reason?

Legitimate reasons for refund include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical issues preventing access to course content
  • Course content does not match the description
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of course materials
  • Personal circumstances that prevent you from using the course
  • Change of mind within the 7-day period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request and process the refund if eligible

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

No Physical Returns Required

Since 28Fox provides digital-only content, there are no physical items to return. All refund requests are handled via email support.

Access After Purchase

The All-Access plan provides 1 year of access from the date of purchase. There is no auto-renewal or recurring billing. After 12 months, your access will automatically expire.

What Happens When Access Expires?

  • You will lose access to paid content (videos, materials, trainers)
  • You can repurchase the All-Access plan if you wish to continue
  • Your account and progress remain saved if you wish to repurchase later
  • Data Retention: Your account and progress data will be retained for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate
  • After Billing Period: Once your current period ends, you will lose access to premium content

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved and (if applicable) the physical kit is received and inspected:

  • Inspection Period: 3-5 business days to inspect returned kit (if applicable)
  • Refund Approval: 1-2 business days to process refund approval
  • Refund to Payment Method: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds will appear on your card statement
  • Digital wallet refunds will be credited to your wallet account
  • Bank transfers will be processed to your bank account

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Physical kit returned in less-than-perfect condition but still resellable (up to 50% deduction)
  • Missing items from the kit (prorated based on missing items)
  • Refund requested after the 7-day period but within 14 days (50% refund)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions renewed beyond the initial 7-day period
  • Digital content that has been extensively accessed or downloaded
  • Physical kits that are damaged, incomplete, or used extensively
  • Special promotional subscriptions or discounted plans (unless otherwise stated)
  • Subscription fees for months already consumed

Exceptions and Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or subscription extension

Damaged or Defective Kits

If your physical learning kit arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items
  • We will send a replacement kit at no charge
  • No need to return the damaged kit unless requested

Lost or Undelivered Kits

If your physical kit does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (7-14 business days):

  • Contact our support team to track your shipment
  • We will investigate with the courier service
  • If the kit is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no charge

Auto-Renewal and Billing

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

  • Renewal Reminder: We will send an email reminder 3 days before your subscription renews
  • Price Changes: If subscription prices change, existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date

How to Request a Refund
